If it's soup and kerabu you are craving for, this Ramadan, Putra World Trade Centre's Riverside restaurant will be serving 10 different types of kerabu daily, including Kerabu Kacang Botol Dengan Udang Kering, the famous Kerabu Taugeh Dan Kerang (Bean Sprouts And Cockles Kerabu), Daun Selom Dengan Daun Cekur and the classic Kerabu Pucuk Ubi Dan Perut. Another great appetizer is the soup.

Here, guests can have a choice of beef bone, quail, oxtail, chicken, tongue or mutton soup served hot and thick broth - boiled slowly and tastefully with local herbs.

Forget the ordinary white rice at the Riverside Restaurant Ramadan Buffet. With the theme "KampungKu", they serve flavoured rice, cooked with Mazola corn oil and pandan leaves.

For those who prefer the classic white rice or tomato rice, they'll be serving those too.

There are also savoury local dishes and some foreign ones such as Buttered Fish Fillet With Almond Flakes, Bean Curd With Peanuts and Turkey Ham, Mutton Masala or Stir-fried Kailan With Salted Fish, Ikan Keli Berlada, Ayam Dara Masak Lemak Cili Api and Chicken and Beef Serunding, just to name a few.

Show stations offering a variety of food such as Roti Jala, Thosai, Yong Tau Foo, Roasted Chicken and Duck, Satay, Ikan Bakar and Pasta are also available.

If you have a sweet tooth, fret not! The Riverside Restaurant's dessert menu is aimed at fulfilling your need for sugar. Here, everything from fresh fruits and traditional delights to exotic international pastries are on the menu every day.

The Puteri Mandi is perfectly sweet, and the Agar-Agar Seri Kaya is just heavenly, served with a cherry. The Fruity Hazelnut Puffs are simply delicious as well. Some of the local desserts include Badak Berendam and Agar-agar Sarang Burung while for modern sweets; experience the Peanut Butter Crepes, Walnut And Date Mousse Cake and Lemon Meringue Tarts.
