Stab victim dies in hospital
GOMBAK: A woman in her 20s, who was stabbed twice on her chest, managed to walk 200m before collapsing by the roadside along Jalan Sungai Tua in Ulu Yam.
She was rushed to the Selayang Hospital after passers-by found her but she died on arrival at the hospital.
Gombak OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Rahim Abdullah said the unidentified woman was found along the roadside at 2.30am.
The woman, who was fully clothed, had two stab wounds on her right chest and with deep lacerations in her left knee and right arm.
ACP Abdul Rahim said there were no signs of struggle at the scene
ACP Abdul Rahim described the victim as a fair skinned woman with shoulder length black hair and wearing brown long pants, light coloured long-sleeve T-shirt and a brown headscarf.
Anyone with missing relatives or friends matching the description are urged to contact the Gombak district police station at 03-61262222 or help identify her body at the Selayang Hospital mortuary.
