Simple steps to cook simple vegetable curry when you do not know what to eat


Vegetable curry for dinner. The picture above was when I start cooking the curry and bring to boil till the vegetables are all well cooked.

Simple steps to cook simple vegetable curry:

1. Cut the vegetables: brinjal, cabbage and long beans and put aside.

2. Chop and fry onions till golden brown and fragrant and add the vegetables together and stir well. Remember to add in curry paste and bring to boil till everything is well cook.

3. Mix with enough water and vegetable stock (optional). Add inn a little soya sauce. Serve vegetable curry with rice or bread. Yummy yummy dinner is ready.
